All Instruction and kit sales are final and non refundable. If there is a problem with the order contact me immediatly and I will do my best to help fix the problem.
All kits are packed by me personally. I do my best to make sure all the pieces are included. Each instruction has a detailed list of what is included in the package. Make sure to check that you have everything before you start.
SWAROVSKI UPDATE
Since Swarovski announced they are leaving the DIY market there may be much longer delays in shipping time. Kits can take up to a month to ship if crystals are not in stock. If the manufacturer is out of stock the wait time can be 5-6 weeks. I am sorry for this long wait and appreciate your patience! - Liisa
