Lumisade is my new 2020 snowflake and the name translates from "snowfall" in Finnish.
This year I tried to step a little bit out of my box and go for an all pearl pendant. The center of the piece is a beautiful white opal preciosa glass cabachon and the pearls are Swarovski in different sizes. I have made two color options one in white and gold, and the other in blue and nickel. This pendant measures approx.3 inches from point to point and sits in the palm of my hand. This project uses a combination of RAW, CRAW, and Peyote stitches.

Simply gorgeous!
Although I have beaded Liisa's designs for years, this is my first year beading her snowflakes. I made 5 this year, including the 2018 and 2019 snowflakes. I am in love with them and intend to make more as soon as I can order more kits! Thank you, Liisa!
