This Arctica Snowflake can be made as a pendant or an ornament to decorate your tree or window. I create a snowflake kit every year and this is my 2024 design. This snowflake differs from my others having 8 points instead of my usual 6 which I have enjoyed making.
The snowflake measures approx. 2.5 inches from point to point with the beads and option to make the points one bead longer increasing it to 3 inches.
This snowflake is created by using Peyote, Right Angle Weave, and Cubic Right Angle Weave stitches.
The snowflake points surround a sparkling crystal rivoli and are embellished with pearls in between each spoke, along with fire polish beads to create the spikes.
